Commercialization Plan Diagrams

Suma needed a clearer way to explain how its platform worked during a commercialization review. The reviewers were not deeply technical, so the diagrams had to make a complex healthcare product easy to follow without losing accuracy.

I drew the user flows for the SumaAdmin platform, the architecture visuals that went into the review materials, and the supporting graphics around risk and process. Most of the work was deciding what to leave out. Each diagram covers one idea, so a reviewer can follow the whole platform without the engineering details. The set gave the team a consistent way to explain the product to outsiders.
